Barbuda Council arrears continue to grow as its workforce waits for the ten weeks wages currently owed to them, as reported in the Antigua Observer this week. It was noted by some employees that Council had changed the dates on the payslips to use the current week, eliminating the arrears instantly! What will happen next? Is this legal we wonder…?
