Sea Salt from Barbuda

Only available at certain times, this delicate sea salt is better than any sea salt we have ever tasted, and we use it every day. It’s full of minerals and often tinged slightly pink. It is sun dried and harvested by hand from the natural and protected salt ponds of Barbuda. It isn’t farmed, it occurs completely naturally in very dry weather here on Barbuda.
