Arthur Nibbs has been given the prestigious position of Minister for Agriculture, Lands and Barbuda affairs in the new ABLP cabinet. This is in addition to his positions of Chairman of Council and Chairman of Finance within Council – a situation that may be unconstitutional. One of his stated priorities in office will be to repeal the Barbuda Land Act – and handing over everything to his mates in Antigua.
