Paradise Found – village meeting #2 – Ralph Francis

Following the previous meeting held by Nibbs without notice or details of the content, to discuss and agree the terms of the De Niro project, BPM are bringing Barbudan lawyer Ralph Francis to go through the proposal in full detail at a further public meeting on Monday evening at the HTS. The unfavourable terms of the proposal and its lack of benefit to Barbuda, have been panned by critics in both Barbuda and Antigua.
