Nibbs wants Barbuda Land Act changed…

Council leader Arthur Nibbs has said the Barbuda Land Act places Barbudans at a disadvantage in their own island. ‘I am one of the persons who have problems with the Land Act saying nobody can own land whether by prescription or by sale…’ Nibbs said in the Observer.
