Last week, the Barbuda Civic Association held a book reading of ‘Five of The Leewards: 1834-1870’ by Douglas Hall, who wrote about the Barbuda land system. The book was read by Dr. Natasha Lightfoot and Beverly George. A Q&A was held following the reading.
