Stanhope Shepherd fail to develop the Beach House hotel

Stanhope Shepherd have failed to meet the Governments own deadline to start work on the Beach House (Palmetto) hotel in spite of holding a village meeting offering jobs at the hotel, that have proved – as predicted – to be non-existent.
