Research on fresh water on Barbuda

At this time of drought it will be interesting to see what Mr Chenoweth proposes to Government regarding the poor piped water supply on both islands. Barbudans centuries-old ability to harvest rainfall,conserve water and our tradition of locating and preserving the many freshwater reserves we have all over the island has made us very careful with drinking water. On Barbuda many people have wells or cisterns that they have dug themselves because of the poor and unreliable government supply.
