Adam Barrett, CEO of Stanhope Shepherd International Limited, says there is far too much to consider before committing millions of dollars to their intended project to develop a huge area of Barbuda that includes Gravenor Bay and the natural salt ponds beyond. We agree with him, this project should not go ahead at all. The evidence of this type of “investment” by organisations that are not willing to invest because they do not have the money, can be seen in the dereliction at River, K Club and the Beach House. We do not think this is progress – do you?
