Baroness Scotland takes Commonwealth top position

Baroness Scotland has taken the top Commonwealth position of Secretary General after Antigua’s own Ron Saunders withdrew from the process. An article published in the UK Daily Telegraph raised the connection Saunders had with Bruce Rappaport in the 90’s. The appointment of Baroness Scotland who was born in Dominica has been welcomed by the Caribbean community, and particularly in Barbuda.
