Barbuda community centre nears completion

The new Community Centre will officially be opened this month. It will be run by a Board of Trustees and a manager will be appointed by the Barbuda Council. Members of the community will be consulted on the future development of the centre but the intention is to offer a library facility, at least 21 computers for the community to access, conference facilities, meeting rooms and space for social and cultural activities.
