Wanda was one of the first to open after the hurricane, providing lunches for aid workers and fast food for the rest of us. She has been cooking chicken, ribs and burgers on Barbuda for many years and is now helped by her daughter Kelia and friends. Her food is fresh and delicious. She also does a local lunch if you get there early.
She is currently building a new restaurant and bar at River, but is still open in the old one, so we are looking forward to eating by the sea in one of our favourite fast-food places.
