Prime Minister’s wife gets Dulcina

The wife of Prime Minister Gaston Browne – Maria Browne – has been given the lease for Dulcina Hotel, the derelict hotel at River. Work will start on 50 cottages immediately according to Arthur Nibbs in the Antigua Observer. Maria Browne has been under the microscope after her charity was linked to the two million dollar venture capital fund for ‘entrepreneurs’. BPM have called for more clarity on this; another ‘lease’ that has not been presented to the people.

The government insists that Mrs. Browne will not benefit personally from the initiative!
