Peter Cuffy, one of the coaches for the Antiguan and Barbudan team in the Caribbean Union of Teachers Games (CUT) held in St. Kitts on July 23rd and 24th 2010, reports back.

Antigua and Barbuda was represented by 29 athletes including 2 from Barbuda. The team won 6 medals - 4 silver, and 2 bronze. The team walked away with the MVP in the under-9 boys category with Razeem Richards (Barbuda) winning 3 silver medals in the 80 m, 150 m and long jump. He also placed fourth in the cricket ball throw.

The other medal winners were, Sapphire Davis, silver in the 1200 m open girls, Orlando Thomas, bronze in the 400 m under-13 boys, and Kenneth Benjamin, bronze in the 1200 m open boys. The team also had commendable results from Kiwandi Morson in the high jump under-13 girls. She finished fourth, Meuset Jeffers also came in fourth place in the 400 m under-15 girls. We should also recognize all those who finished in the top 8 thereby scoring valuable points for Antigua and Barbuda. Jakeem Miller, Sheldon Noble, Peter Emanuel, Unique Raleford were all top 8 finishers.
