HTS win Debate Semi-Final

The Holy Trinity School debate team are in the finals of the competition. The photo shows the team of Crystal Jeffrey (second speaker), Mrs M Keazer (teacher), Kazim homas (first speaker), Ms Cleo Isaac (teacher),and Kerreanna Baltimore (reserve). In the semi-final HTS opposed the topic Traditional medicine should be accorded equal status to that of modern-day medicine proposed by Ottos Comprehensive. HTS were awarded 70 points to Ottos' 66.3. Crystal Jeffrey was adjudged to have been the best speaker.

The final will take place on 29 March 2005 when the influence of school and parents on young people will be debated with St Joseph's Academy.
