barbuda-proposed-fisheries-sanctuary-zonesPrime Minister Spencer has formally endorsed the Blue Halo Initiative and instructed his Cabinet to support the Barbuda Council as they draft a set of sanctuary zones to provide a continual source of replenishment for fisheries, and to improve tourism potential by improving habitat quality.
