Barbudan teachers receive free laptops

All teachers at schools in Barbuda have received a free laptop computer, courtesy of LIME, a partnership between the UPP Government and Cable and Wireless. The teachers were presented with their personal computer in a ceremony in Barbuda attended by Minister of State, Edmund Mansoor, and members of the Barbuda Council.
