The resumption of commercial flights into Antigua and Barbuda commenced on 4 June 2020 and we now have a limited twice-weekly ferry service coming to Barbuda from Antigua. Many visitors and residents will be coming into Antigua, returning from countries where there is a continued transmission of COVID-19. The Antiguan government have issued various guidelines re:quarantine protocol.
On Barbuda the Barbuda Council has been even more vigilant in keeping our borders closed against this pandemic, and so far we have had no identified cases of Covid 19 at all. They have yet to issue any specific guidelines for Barbuda tourism but masks, distancing and sanitising are compulsory in public and basic quarantine facilities are available here.
Persons planning to travel to Antigua and Barbuda are asked to register with the Ministry of Health Wellness and the Environment via the online form .
